Besides our primary service of supporting our customers once they have received their custom machine, tools or software we also offer the following as our approach to providing a reliable and professional solution for our clients – whereever they may be.

Global support service – we can come to you

With our service technicians available in a global service network we can reach all corners of the world. Your leak testing equipment will not have to suffer any damaging downtime and we can recommend the frequency of service together with a tailored service agreement. Please contact anyone under the Service Department to enquire about this.

Repair and Calibration of instruments

We have the instruments and 40 years of know-how to calibrate and repair all types of leak testing equipment. All of the instruments have a 12-month warranty and repairs are offered at very competitive prices thereafter. The repair and calibration can either take place onsite at the customer’s facility or at Nolek’s production facility, if preferred. A certificate is issued upon calibration completion. Customer education and trainings

We custom design courses for your operators, constructors or similar and can deliver these either on-site with you or at our premises. We make sure to not only teach our customers about their specific machines and/or instruments, but also to share our vast knowledge of the principles of proof testing, leak testing and detection, helium charging and recovery and unspoiled testing. Spare parts for your equipment
