Nolek offers high quality after-sales support for service, calibration, training and spare parts. For Nolek, the challenge of delivering the best possible quality does not stop at the physical delivery of the products, but continues perpetually throughout the entire customer relationship.
Global Service
Nolek’s highly skilled service technicians offer complete service for all types of leak testing equipment. With a global service network, we strive to reach every corner of the world. Nolek will recommend the frequency of service and, together with the customer, form a service agreement. Repair and Calibration
Nolek’s service technicians have the instruments and know-how for calibrating and repairing all types of leak testing equipment. All instruments have a 12 month warranty and repairs are offered at very competitive prices thereafter. The repair and calibration can either take place onsite at the customer’s facility or at Nolek’s production facility, if preferred. A certificate is issued upon calibration completion. Customer Training
Nolek offers custom designed trainings of operators, constructors etc., which are available either on-site at the customer’s facility or at Nolek. We make sure to not only teach our customers about their specific machines and/or instruments, but also share our vast knowledge of the principles of proof testing, leak testing and detection, helium charging and recovery and unspoiled testing. Spare parts
Nolek offers a variety of spare parts easily accessible with a high level of service. Nolek maintains an extensive inventory of spare parts for our machines and test equipment, including; mechanical, electrical and pneumatic spare parts.
