Nolek Pharmaceutical Solutions has extensive experience constructing systems to leak test a wide variety of packages and devices within the pharmaceutical and medical industry. Our instruments and systems test for closure and seal integrity of packages for example: sterile products that can be negatively affected by oxygen and/or moisture. Our systems ensure the leak tightness of the tested products through repeatable and reliable measurements. Nolek Pharmaceutical Solutions systems can be used for quality control or online product sample testing. We have built machines that test several different medical packages and devices, including: Blister packages, medicine bottles, medical valves, pacemakers, needles, medicine cans, sachets, plasma bags, flexible packages / pouches, parental vials and non-filled and filled syringes etc.

 

Nolek Pharmaceutical Solutions utilizes all the available technologies within leak detection and testing, as well as proof testing. We have excellent know-how of all measurement methods (i.e. pressure measurement, flow measurement and gas/helium/hydrogen measurement). Conventional pressure and flow measurement methods are offered for most applications. However if technical conditions or stringent requirements need to be met the helium or hydrogen method is used. Nolek Pharmaceutical Solutions experience and knowledge of tracer gas leak testing is unique. Ultimately together with our customers, we decide which method is best suited for their specific needs.
