Helium recovery systems

Description of the product

Nolek’s standard helium recovery system, RecoverIT, is a revolutionary product which both reduces costs, as well as the impact on the environment.

The recovery system collects helium from the test part, where it is first pumped into a low-pressure holding tank. The helium then flows through a compressor and is stored in a high-pressure supply tank, which enables charging station reuse in the subsequent part’s testing. Dependent on the performed test type, it is possible to recover and reuse up to 98% of the helium.

What the product does

RecoverIT basically recovers the helium that has been used in a leak test system to save money on sometimes expensive gas.

 

Where the product can be used

It can be used as a complement to most leak test systems using helium as a tracer gas depending on volumes, vacuum possibilities, pressures etc.
