Overview

To encompass the growing industry of CleanTech related products Nolek has decided to launch a new focused application area labeled: “Nolek CleanTech Solutions”. Within this focus area we aim at becoming the leading global supplier of leak test equipment for CleanTech products. This focus area is deemed to be our most important coming years and our technology used to test a lot of these related components are at the forefront of the industry.

 

CleanTech covers energy and environment-related development aimed at reducing consumption of natural resources. CleanTech is found in the sectors of energy, transport, agriculture, air and water quality. Energy is the main component of CleanTech and the focus of Nolek CleanTech Solutions. There are several rules and directives that CleanTech products must follow and function according to. The demands on the products are tough e.g. Vacuum tubes have maximum accepted leak rates in the area of 5×10 ^{– 9} mbarl/s. Furthermore the warranty period for a lot of these products are very long, ranging from 20-25 years. Hence, the incentives to test these products are quite obvious.
